service plans are developed from an initial assessment of the
individual’s needs. From this initial assessment, a thorough
package of services is developed. Periodic reviews of these plans
are conducted to insure their accuracy and thoroughness. The following
services and amenities are included in the monthly rent:
- Three meals a day
- Nutritional snacks available

- Weekly housekeeping
- Weekly linen & towel

- Emergency response kits
in each room
- Planned social activities
- Monthly health status reviews
- Community educational programs
- One personal night-check
- Supervised medication administration
- Access to nursing staff
