Marsha Sottung, ALFA   Marsha has worked in the senior care industry as an Administrator, Director of operations of a 540-resident, multifacility Assisted Living company for over 35 years mostly in Upstate New York until she relocated to Virginia approximately 6 years ago to be close to her family. She has a daughter, son, son-in-law and 4 grandsons. Marsha also holds her Certified Nursing Assistant license and has the distinction of having been the youngest Assisted Living Administrator in New York at the age of 21. Working in healthcare with the senior population has been her passion her entire adult life.

Victoria Broughton, Marketing   Victoria was born and raised in Prince George County. She attended East Carolina University where she received her Bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She worked in Prince George County school as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant while taking care of her mother who fell ill of cancer. Victoria helped open an Autism Program at North Elementary in Prince George. She transitioned from the school system to the financial world until they welcomed their sweet baby girl into this world in February of 2018. She missed working with people in need so she joined the team at Brighter Living in April of 2018.

She graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and has lived in many places over the past 15 years, to include Missouri, Texas, Germany, Georgia, Colorado, and now Virginia. After residing in Virginia for a year, it was placed on her heart to branch out into the geriatric community, and begin using her artistic talents and compassion for the human spirit with the independent, assisted, and memory care communities.

Rexanna McCabe, LPN   Rexanna has been a nurse for over 30 years. Her entire career has been in geriatrics, it is her passion. She truly enjoys taking care of the elderly and learning the history of each individual that she cares for. She is married, has 3 beautiful daughters, and one granddaughter. Together they enjoy vacations to the beach each year, as well as visiting the mountains. In her spare time, Rexanna enjoys gardening and spending time with friends and family.
